Truss ground supports in a fixed installation

Together with De Grooth Audio www.degrooth.nl we were asked to engineer an installation at the Universtity of Twente in Enschede to have the possibility to present projects of different studies next to each other.
We realized 3 complete Truss Ground Supports in a fixed installation next to each other. F34 trusses where used in combination with F33 to combine strength with low weight en looks.
The different grids can be lifted separately and for the lifting we used Lodestar climbers. The most reliable hoist in the business and therefore the hoist for creating a save lifting installation.
All cabling and connectors have been mounted in steel cable channels with sockets which gave the total installation an even higher degree of professionalism.
Several classrooms and other areas were also provided with trusses mounted to the ceilings for hanging different equipment like plasma screens.
